- I'm not sure the grip is right for me, how can I make sure it is OK to return the grip?
- Keep them clean and dry. Wash your hands before trying on the grips. Do not chalk up. Do not write on them.

- How do I know I'm using the grip properly?
- Read the instructions that came with your grip.
- How do I know the grip is the right size?
- Have your coach or instructor check sizing before use.
- The holes are too tight, how do I make them larger?
- Use sandpaper to lightly sand the lower potion of the finer hole to enlarge the hole. Do not pull or cut the holes.
- Can I use the same grips on different equipment?
- No, grips are designed for specific appartus.
- Care I borrow or lend grips to another gymnast?
- No.

Uneven Bar Dowel Grip Sizing
Measurement for dowel grips is from the tip of the middle finger
to the base of the palm.
- XX-Small (00) - up to 5-1/2 inches
- X-Small (0) - 5-1/2 to 6 inches
- Small (1) - 6 to 6-1/2 inches
- Medium (2) - 6-1/2 to 7 inches
- Large (3) - 7 to 7-1/2 inches
- X-Large (4) - 7-1/2 inches and up
Hot Shot & Millenium Sizing
- Sz.00 to 5 3/8"
- Sz. 0 to 5 7/8"
- Sz 1 to 6 1/8"
- Sz 2 to 6 3/8"
- Sz 3 to 6 3/4"
Soft Beginner Grips Sizing
Measure from the base of the finger to the base of the palm.
- Sz XS to 2 1/8"
